1. How do I sign up?
Click on the little heart with the "rewards" button on the bottom right-hand corner of our site! Enter your email and you should be good to go.
2. How do I earn points?
What's the process for accumulating points?
Online orders: Make sure when you put your contact information in (when placing an order), that you're using the same email address you signed up with.
In-Store: When asked how you would like your receipt, use the email address associated with your online account.
3. How do we check our points balance?
Sign in online using the email address associated with your account when you click on the rewards pop up in the bottom right corner of the website.
4. How can I redeem my points?
When signed in, click on the reward you would like to redeem your points for. Once redeemed, a code will be populated for you that you can copy and apply to your cart. This works in store and online.
