Frequently Asked Questions
1.  Why do I have to pay for return shipping?
While we would love to be able to offer free return shipping, it's just not feasible while trying to keep our clothing items lower priced and competitive.  We are always available to assist you in sizing needs so that you can keep the need to return to a minimum.
2.  How fast will my order ship from the time I place it?
Orders placed for pickup will be ready within 48 hours from order placement.  You will also receive an email once your order is filled and ready to be picked up.  
Pickup order windows are as follows:
Tuesdays:  10:00 AM - 12:00 PM
Thursdays:  10:00 AM - 12:00 PM
Fridays:  2:00 PM - 6:00 PM
Saturdays:  10:00 AM - 4:00 PM
Sundays:  11:00 AM - 3:00 PM
 
If you need to pick up an order outside of these hours, please chat or email us directly to make arrangements.
Orders will be kept at the storefront until they are picked up.
Orders are shipped on Tuesdays and Fridays.  If you need something quicker, please send us a message and we will do our very best to get something shipped out even sooner!
We offer free shipping on orders over $99 via USPS.  
 
3.  How do I cancel or change my order?
Orders cannot be cancelled once placed.  If you need to change something or made a mistake in shipping information, please send us a note (either via chat on our site or email:  shopcoliescorner@gmail.com) ASAP and we will do our best to grab it before it goes into the order shipment process.  We cannot guarantee a change once requested.
4.  Are final sale items, really final sale?
Yes, as stated in our return policy, items marked as sale (or specific categories) are final sale items.  Please do not hesitate to reach out to us prior to ordering for any sizing needs!
5.  What do I do if my package was stolen?
Unfortunately, once packages are shipped out of our warehouse, we are NOT responsible for them and you should follow up directly with your local USPS office.
 
6.  My item was damaged.
Every item is inspected for damage prior to being shipped, but if you receive a damaged item, please report it to us within 48 hours of arrival.  Send us an e-mail with a photo and order number to shopcoliescorner@gmail.com.  If your item was damaged due to mishandling from the carrier, please follow up with your local USPS office.  Items reported after 48 hours will not be eligible for returns.  Damages can only be claimed on unworn, unwashed items with the tag attached.
