Return Policy
For instore pickup orders, we will issue store credit for the value of any approved merchandise within 14 days of notification that your in store order is ready to pickup.
After the 14 day period, the items are considered final sale.
The store credit will be issued to the email address or phone number used during the checkout/order process.
All items must have the original tags attached and be unwashed, unworn, scent and makeup free and unaltered. The original receipt is required for all returns, no exceptions.
All marked-down items/sale items, resale items, jewelry, home accessories, gift items, sunglasses, undergarments, books and bags are always final sale. We do not offer refunds; all returns will be issued in the form of store credit only. Store credit never expires.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Online order CAN be returned to our in-store location. Please bring your confirmation email.
